Congratulations to Miles (re-elected as National President), Kay (National Secretary), and Carole (National Treasurer), and thanks to the nearly 240 members who voted in the election in October!  Also, we want to express our appreciation to Marie, outgoing Treasurer, for her years of dedicated service to WMWA. Thank you, Marie!

MEETING SCHEDULE AND LOCATIONS

The following is a listing of WMWA Links, the geographical location of each Link, and the schedule for business meetings and social/happy hour gatherings:

Link 1 (South)
Business meeting:  4th Thursday at 11:30 am, luncheon meeting at Perkins (3244 S. Wadsworth)

Link 2 (Northwest)
Business meeting:  3rd Tuesday at 5:30 pm, dinner meeting at George's Restaurant (64th and  Wadsworth Bypass)

Link 3 (East)
Business meeting:  4th Wednesday at 11:30 am, luncheon meeting at Country Buffet (1026 S. Sable)

Link 4 (Foothills)
Business meeting:  1st Wednesday at 1:00 pm at the Aspen Room, Clements Community Center (16th and Yarrow, Lakewood)

Link 7 (West)
Business meeting:  2nd Tuesday at 5:30 pm, dinner meeting at Lakewood Elks (1455 Newland St.)
Happy hour:  every Thursday from 4:30 to 6:00 pm at Chad's Grill (275 Union Blvd.)

Link 8 (Southeast)
Business meeting:  (change of location effective November '08)  3rd Tuesday at 5:00 pm, dinner meeting at Woods & Irons Restaurant, Kennedy Golf Course (10500 E. Hampden Ave).  View map.

Link 9 (North)

Link 10 (Southwest)
Business meeting:  3rd Wednesday at 6:00 pm dinner meeting at Olive Garden (5380 S. Wadsworth)
Social hour:  every Thursday at 5:00 pm at Ruby Tuesday's (Bowles Crossing)

ALL-LINKS QUARTERLY EVENT CALENDAR

In addition to the regularly scheduled meetings listed above, each Link sponsors social events for its members and an all-Links event calendar is compiled and published quarterly.  Currently, this calendar is printed and mailed to club members only.  The calendar may be included on our web site at a future date.
